4 - The number of undefeated teams that remain. The Colts, Patriots, Cowboys, and the Packers advanced to 4-0 this week. Yes, the Pack is back, and the defending NFC North Champion Chicago Bears are just 1-3, that's three full games behind the Pack in the standings. The two teams square off this weekend in Lambeau on Sunday Night Football.
11 - Average points per game allowed by the Tampa Bay defense. Some were arguing that this team couldn't return to stardom because their defense was too old and slow. Looks like the crafty bunch isn't having much difficulty getting the job done. With running back Carnell Williams and offensive tackle Luke Petitgout both out for the season with injuries after Sunday's game against Carolina, the current NFC South leaders will need to rely on their defense even more.
34 - Points scored in the fourth quarter by the Detroit Lions, setting a new NFL record against the Bears Sunday. They got a score on an interception returned for a touchdown by Keith Smith and an unlikely onside kickoff attempt by the Bears that was returned for a score by Casey Fitzsimmons to put the game to rest. Oh yeah, Jon Kitna's two fourth quarter touchdown passes helped out too.
179 - Rushing yards for this week's top running back. No, it wasn't LaDainian Tomlinson, nor was it Larry Johnson. This individual was wearing a Raiders jersey, and he wasn't LaMont Jordan either. It was none other than Jason Fargas. He didn't find the end zone in Week Four, but he killed Miami rushing the football and gave Daunte Culpepper time to show off his healthy knee by passing for two scores and rushing for three more.
7, 184, 2 - Receptions, receiving yards, and touchdowns for this week's top NFL receiver. It wasn't Chad Johnson. It wasn't Steve Smith. It wasn't even Marvin Harrison or Reggie Wayne. This player was wearing a Cowboys jersey, and his initials aren't T.O. It was Patrick Crayton who burned the Rams secondary all afternoon to the delight of Tony Romo. Yes, it was a weekend of individual and team surprises all around the board.
344, 2 - Passing yards and touchdowns for old man Brett Favre, who is playing with an energy and excitement like he's 10-15 years younger. He broke the all-time touchdowns record with number 421 and then set it again with number 422. And he's going to keep re-setting it.
24 vs. 0 - Points scored in the second half by the visiting Kansas City Chiefs in the second half of Sunday's game compared to the points scored by the host San Diego Chargers, who are reeling after losing a game they arguably had no business losing. They now stand at the bottom of their division at 1-3 looking up to teams like Oakland, who are a balmy 2-2 with a lot of momentum building.
3 - Carolina's DeShaun Foster might be averaging 5.0 yards per carry this season for 75.5 yards per game, but he's also fumbled the ball four times and lost it three times. That's tops in the NFL for running backs. Only Steve McNair, who is not a running back, has more lost fumbles this season.
19, 251, 4 - Receptions, receiving yards, and touchdowns for Dallas Clark. The Indianapolis tight end continues to become a popular option for Peyton Manning in the red zone and it's been paying off big time for fantasy owners.
