And here we are, at the end of another season.
Some of my squads went into 2008 with a lot of promise; howerver, none came to fruition in the fantasy universe, though for two-thirds of the season my Tout team was right there. "Was", unfortunately, is the key word.
As we hit the final week, what can I suggest?
Take a risk if you are close, and if you are ahead, don't play prevent.
Start those double starters who won't kill you.
Sit the Ryan Howards for the Joey Gathrights if you are secure in homers and RBI and need the swipes.
Mostly, have fun as we get ready for the postseason.
Remember, I will be back the first Monday in November with a review of the AFL.
Then, the first Monday of December, we will present our Top Prospect list and my top ten, available now two and a half months earlier than in the past.
In the mean time, good luck this last week to you and your teams. Enjoy the playoffs and we will see you in a month.
