Breaking News: The Toronto Blue Jays decided to cut ties with Frank Thomas this week. He was only hitting .167 at the time, but he did have 3 HR's. His owners
should just hang on to him for now, as rumors have him possibly going to Oakland, Seattle or Texas. Adam Lind should be called up to take his place, and he is
worth grabbing in all AL formats.  

Injuries:

Howie Kendrick(2B LAA) - Went on the 15 Day DL with a tight hamstring.

Jake Westbrook(SP CLE) - Will be out 2-4 weeks with a rib injury.

Kason Gabbard(SP TEX) - Will most likely land on the 15 Day DL with a bad back.

Adam Everett(SS MIN) - He is on the DL with a right shoulder strain.

Who's Hot:

Nick Markakis(OF BAL) - Hitting .310 with 4 HR's and 10 RBI's.

Dustin Pedroia(2B BOS) - Now at .359 for the Season and is sparking the Boston offense along with Jacoby Ellsbury.

Edgar Renteria(SS DET) - He is in the middle of the Tiger attack, hitting .341

Cliff Lee(SP CLE) - Now at 3-0 with a 0.40 ERA.

Who's Not:

Kenny Rogers(SP DET) - The Tigers score 19 runs in a game he started, and Rogers still could not get a Win. He stands at 1-3 with a 7.66 ERA.

Garry Sheffield(DH DEt) - He still has shoulder soreness after off-season surgery.

Alex Rodriguez(3B NYY) - Sore Quad and a new baby has A-Rod in South Florida instead of at the Hot Corner for the Bombers.

Fantasy Studs(Last 7 Days)

1. Julio Lugo(SS BOS) - Went 11-22, a .500 clip.

2. Casey Blake(3B CLE) - Had 2 HR's and 10 RBI's.

3. Chad Gaudin(SP OAK) - Went 2-0 with a 0.64 ERA and 12 K's.

Fantasy Duds(Last 7 Days)

1. Travis Hafner(DH CLE) - Went 2-17, .158 BA

2. Paul Konerko(1B CHW) - Hit only .158 going 3-19.

3. Javier Vazquez(SP CHW) - In 11.2 IP he had a 6.17 ERA.
