Welcome to Spring Training Week 2. This week we will take a look at low priced starters and closers who can pay big dividends this year in both contests. I will stress the point that none of the Starting Pitchers listed below should be active unless they are pitching twice during a particular week.

Next week get ready to rumble as the Regular Season for both contests officially begins.

I was kind of expecting to see more of a roster forecast post.

Where did your roster end up?

What league(s) are you in?

I'm in 63.

Tried to keep the starters in the area of a million and load the offense.
